A suitable manhole will be provided at the top of the vessel. The manhole will be hinged type and will be bolted with the vessel by “I” type bolts. There will be neoprene food grade gasket fitted in the groove. |

| PUMPS |
A suitable HP centrifugal pump is provided in sanitary design in S.S. 316. |
The internal of the DM WATER TANK will be grinded to very smooth finish. Care is taken such that there are no dead pockets where any emergence of microbacteria growth is there. All the joints are finished very finely and internal is buffed to a very fine finish.
Optionally internal of the vessel can be electropolished
Special care is taken for the bottom discharge valve such that every drop is drained out and there is no retention.
Electropolished pipeline is provided .
The pipeline is given as under
From the outlet of the vessel to the pump
From pump to bypass drain line
From pump to the filter housings
From filter housing to the circulation pipeline and
From filter housing to recirculation into the tank again.
The necessary valves will be provided. |
