Contra Mixer

The Mixing Assembly consists of series of Double contra rotary blades. Here these blades creates laminar thinning of the material & facilitates uniform mix. The mixer is designed & fabricated to withstand perfect vacuum applied during the process for optimum mixing & to eliminate air entrapment as foaming agent has tendency of forming suds. Mixer is provided with jacket for cooling or heating as per the application. The vessel shall have a shell of suitable thickness with a hemispherical bottom and flanged top dish made out of S.S. 316 plate.

The vessel shall be suitable for 700 mm vacuum and internal pressure of 3 Kgs/cm2. There will be a suitable outlet provided for the product discharge. The vessel shall be jacketed with MS jacket of suitable thickness with spiral stiffeners suitable for 3 Kg/cm2.

Specification of Mixing Vessel :
Vacuum Operated , Agitated, Jacketed suitable for Steam heating.

Type : Vertical, Cylindrical agitated mixer with welded hemispherical bottom & welded flanged dished top.

� The vessel shall have a shell with a Torrispherical bottom and flanged top dish made out of S.S. 316 plate.
� The vessel shall be of suitable capacity as per clients requirement. Thickness will be as per the capacity of the    vessel.
� The top of vessel is provided with dish & flange having groove for Silicon Gasket fittings and bolted with the    vessels. Thickness of the dish will be 10mm.
� The vessel shall be jacketed with M S / S.S. jacket, suitable for Steam heating / cooling the product by Steam /    cold water circulation system. The vessel is mounted on 4 nos S.S. legs.
